very light weighted , helmet can be placed differently to yr choise , more high on yr head or more streamlined and closed ,depending on yr head shape and face size.
These are 2 pieces a top piece : visor/helmet and a chin piece .
The shoulder piece is not included and can be purchased separetaly in my shop
